Every player will advance to the next stage. No players will be eliminated.

Final Stage 4 Tier

  • Tier 1 - ☁️ Cloud: Ranked 1 - 4.

  • Tier 2 - ❤️ Heart: Ranked 5 - 8.

  • Tier 3 - ⭐️ Star: Ranked 9 - 12.

  • Tier 4 - 🍀 Clover: Ranked 13 - 16.

Requirements​

  • DUPR linked to Reclub account

  • Proper shoes

  • Compete in all 12 games unless he/she is not feeling well.

  • Be prepared for a fast-paced session.

  • No vulgarity

  • No smoking

  • Group photo will be taken

  • Photos and media will be uploaded on our social media​​

Note

  • Players are to ensure that they are feeling well before joining. 

  • Match line up will be given on the day itself. 

  • Pickleballs will be provided.

  • The organisers are not responsible for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during the event.

  • By joining the event, players consent to having photos and videos taken for publicity and marketing purposes.

  • Upon participation, participants expressly consent to the publication of their match results, including leaderboard standings and ranking data, on our website and other media. 

  • In the event there are insufficient players, 

    • for 15 players or less, matches will be generated randomly using Reclub. All participants will be awarded an additional +2 CP (total 12 CP). 1 XP will be awarded as usual. No TP will be given. No DUPR score will be recorded. 

  • In the event of wet weather, 

    • if stage 1 has not been completed, the event will be cancelled and fees will be refunded. No points will be awarded.

    • if stage 1 has been completed but stage 2 and/or 3 has not, all participants will be awarded double Candy Points (total 20 CP). 1 Experience Point (XP) will be awarded as usual. No Tier Points (TP) will be given. No DUPR score will be recorded.

    • in the event that stage 3 has been completed but stage 4 has not, all participants will be awarded additional +2 CP (total 12 CP). 1 XP and 1 TP will be awarded as usual. Only stage 3 DUPR score will be recorded. 

  • In the event of unforeseen events, such as injuries, where players are unable to participate halfway through the event, a reserved player may be called upon to fill the spot. 

    • For stage 3 and 4, DUPR score will not be recorded for affected players playing with the reserved player as there may be a mismatch of skill level. Affected participants will be awarded an additional +2 CP (total 12 CP). 1 XP will be awarded as usual. No TP will be given.

  • In any situation, players must participate in every match until the session is officially called off for points to be awarded. 

  • The organiser reserves the right to make changes to the match format and rewards as necessary.​

  • In the event of any dispute, the Event Organiser’s decision shall be final.
